Refund policy
Refunds
We do not issue refunds unless there is an item missing from your order. If an item is missing from your order, it must be reported within 24 hours of order being delivered for a refund to be issued.
Returns
We do not accept returns on any of our items since they are considered personal care items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
